The service was attentive, especially at the reception desk and in housekeeping. The dining experience offered traditional shabu-shabu, a unique touch. However, the price may not fully match the value received.
The hotel is ideally located, opposite the railway station, in the center of Arras, close to the main squares and several restaurants. My room was spacious with a comfortable bed, a great shower, a lovely terrace, and air conditioning. The service was top-notch, from the friendly reception to the excellent housekeeping and the delightful welcome drink. The dining option was included in my rate and offered delicious hash browns. The facilities were modern and convenient. However, the price seemed a bit high for the value provided, and the pet amenities were lacking.
